In order to help us to deal with your claim as quickly as possible, please have all information regarding the circumstances and details of your claim on hand.

We aim to settle most claims within 8 working days on receipt of all required documents. Please note that more time may be needed for claims which require further clarification. We will keep you closely updated on the status.

Submit your claim online

Submit your claim online to save yourself time and hassle. Upon receiving all required documents and the claim being admitted, we will process the payment within 10 days.
